Implementing the 2023 work program, to propagate and introduce Vietnam's commitments in the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (including 10 ASEAN countries and 5 partner countries: China, Korea, Japan Japan, Australia and New Zealand, referred to as the RCEP Agreement), raising awareness for local state management agencies and supporting the business community to take full advantage of the benefits from the Agreement, the Ministry Industry and Trade (Department of Multilateral Trade Policy) coordinated with the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ninh province to organize the Workshop "Main commitments in the RCEP Agreement and its impact on the regional supply chain" with information as follows:

- Location: Ha Long Pearl Hotel, 162 Bai Chay, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

- Chair: Leaders of the Multilateral Trade Policy Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade and Leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ninh province.
- Expected participants: Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Multilateral Trade Policy Department, Import-Export Agency, Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency, Asia-Africa Market Department), representatives of Departments, Local departments and branches are interested, representatives of industry associations and businesses are interested.
