CONFERENCE
"IMPLEMENTING the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Agreement Implementation Plan" and the Signing Ceremony of the Viet Nam National Trade Repository (VNTR)
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), signed by ten ASEAN member countries and 5 partners, including China, Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand on November 15, 2020 has officially took effect since January 1, 2022.
In order to support the Vietnamese business community in taking full advantage of the opportunities brought about by the RCEP Agreement to promote exports and economic development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is organizing a Conference on "Implementing the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement Implementation Plan” to introduce the RCEP Agreement and discuss on the use of the Agreement to promote trade and goods movement between Viet Nam and other countries in the RCEP region. In addition, within the framework of the Conference, there will also be a signing ceremony to hand over the VNTR Portal between leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and representatives of the UK Government. Details of the Conference are as follows:

- Time: From 8:00 am to 11:30 am, July 13, 2022;
- Venue: Meeting Hall, 2nd Floor, MOIT Office (No. 23 Ngo Quyen Street, Hanoi);
- Format: Hybrid (at event and online)
- Participants: Leaders and representatives of relevant ministries, branches, agencies and units; provinces/cities across the country; Vietnam's trade associations, business community and Trade Offices in countries participating in the RCEP Agreement;
