This report was developed with the support of the Government of the United Kingdom under the ASEAN–UK Strategic Dialogue Partnership. It analyses the economic, social, and environmental impacts of the Plan based on eight indicators: GDP, trade, foreign direct investment (FDI), labour productivity, employment, wages, carbon intensity, and the share of renewable energy. The report identifies key achievements and challenges and puts forward strategic recommendations for the AEC Community Blueprint 2026–2030, with a view to promoting sustainable and inclusive growth in line with the ASEAN Vision 2045.
