This Plan was drafted by the ASEAN Economic Community Working Group (AEC-WG) and sets out six strategic directions, 44 objectives, and 192 action items aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific, and other regional initiatives, with a view to building a resilient, innovative, dynamic, and people-centred ASEAN. (The Plan was endorsed by the AEC Task Force in March 2025.)
