Step 1

Traders send 1 set of dossiers in person or by post or online (if applicable) to the Plant Protection Department.

Step 2

In case the dossier is incomplete or in accordance with regulations or needs additional explanation documents, within 03 working days from the date of receiving the dossier, the Plant Protection Department shall notify the trader to complete the dossier.

Step 3

Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the complete and correct application, the Plant Protection Department shall issue a phytosanitary license for import according to Form No. 05/BVTV Appendix IV issued together with this Circular. No. 43/2018/TT-BNNPTNT. In case of refusal, the application-receiving agency shall reply in writing and clearly state the reasons therefor.
