Circular 22/2016/TT-BXD annuls all or part of legal documents with regulations on business investment conditions issued or jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Construction.

Accordingly, the entire legal documents with the provisions on business investment conditions are annulled:

- Joint Circular 1529/1998/TTLT/BKHCNMT-BXD dated October 17, 1998: Regulations on the use of asbestos in the production of materials and construction products;

- Circular 11/2007/TT-BXD dated 11/12/2007: Conditions for trading in building materials and requirements on human resources to operate technological equipment and control product quality in processing , Production of building materials;

- Decision 27/2000/QD-BXD dated December 8, 2000: Conditions for construction business;

- Directive 02/2008/CT-BXD dated 27/03/2008: Conditions to ensure occupational safety and hygiene in units of the Construction industry.

In addition, the Circular also annuls a part of a number of other legal documents with regulations on business investment conditions.

This Circular comes into force from July 01, 2016.
