Decision on investigating of the safeguard measure imposition issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade (for colored tole products with HS code: 7210.7010, 7210.7090, 7212.4010, 7212.4020, 7212.4090, 7225.9990, 7226.9919, 7226.9999) imported from different countries/regions into Vietnam
On July 6, 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2847/QD-BCT on investigation and application of safeguard measures.
According to the Decision, the application of safeguard measures will be carried out for colored corrugated iron products imported into Vietnam from different countries/territories. From the date of issuance of the decision to conduct the investigation until the end of the investigation process, the Ministry of Industry and Trade may implement the regime of granting import permits for the goods being investigated; the issuance of those permits is for statistical purposes only, with no restriction on the quantity, volume or value of imported goods.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
