Decision No. 2284/QD-BKHCN regulates HS codes of Category 2 measurement instruments subject to type approval and state inspection of measurement upon import, including names, HS codes, applied standards (ĐLVN) and regulating documents.
The Director of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology, and Quality shall provide guidance and organize the implementation of this Decision.
This Decision comes into force from August 15, 2018.
