Decree 154/2018/ND-CP issued by the Government on November 9, 2018 amending and supplementing operating conditions of organizations providing inspection, calibration and testing services.

Accordingly, one of the conditions that an organization providing inspection, calibration and testing services must satisfy in order to operate under the new regulations is:

Having at least 01 technical staff suitable for each field of activity (old regulations required 02 employees) to meet the following requirements:

+ Graduated from high school or equivalent (No longer required to be an official or a contract worker with a term of 12 months or more);

+ Having completed the professional training course on inspection, calibration and testing corresponding to the field of operation and under the guidance of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

In addition, Decree 154/2018/ND-CP takes effect from November 09, 2018 and abolishes Decree 87/2016/ND-CP on conditions for helmet business for motorcyclists and motorcyclists.
