Circular 40/2013/TT-BNNPTNT promulgates the list of wild fauna and flora species specified in the Appendices to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Circular No. 40/2013/TT-BNNPTNT promulgates the list of wild animals and plants identified in the appendices of CITES.
Enclosed to this Circular is the list of wild animals and plants stipulated in the appendices of CITES, including phylum chordata, phylum echinodermata, phylum arthropoda, phylum annelida, phylum mollusca, cnidaria (corals and sea anemones), and flora.
This Circular becomes effective since October 25, 2013 and supersedes Circular No. 59/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 19, 2010 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the list of wild fauna and flora under the management of CITES.
