Guidance for businesses on trade remedies in the context of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) developed within the framework of cooperation between the Governments of Canada and Vietnam to support implementation of the CPTPP Agreement. Improving understanding of rights and obligations in the CPTPP Agreement will ensure that benefits from trade agreements reach the community of businesses and consumers in partner countries participating in trade agreements.
